Department of Neurosurgery, an affiliate of the Mayfield Clinic and Spine Institute, houses one of the leading neurosurgery
residency training programs in the country. The Department
provides broad-based education for medical students and residents,
and continuing medical education for neurosurgeons worldwide.
The Department also supports technical, clinical, and basic science
research in the neurosciences.

75 Years of Excellence in Neurosurgery
Since 1937 the University of Cincinnati Department of Neurosurgery and the Mayfield Clinic have collaborated to build a legacy in academics and patient care.
